AM - Cryptocurrencies 101
The Great Recession of 2008 kicked off a revolution in financial technology with the creation of Bitcoin.  Over 10 years later, Bitcoin and other crypto-currencies are now being recognized as a potential threat to the traditional banking sector. Fueled by the people's distrust in traditional banking institutions after the crisis, the current disruption in technology has the potential to return economic power back to the people. However, most folks don't know what this Bitcoin thing is all about.  Thus, the purpose of this talk is to give an introduction to Bitcoin. This overview will describe why Bitcoin was created; who created it; and how the people can use it and other cryptocurrencies to provide a foundation for gaining economic sovereignty.  Hopefully, this will prevent another disaster in national or global economies from seriously impacting the people.

AM -Digital Asset Tokenization - The World Will Be Tokenized
"Imagine a world in the not too distant future where anyone can instantly buy ,own, and trade a small piece of multi-million dollar valued artwork, intellectual property from Apple/Samsung/Amazon, or even your nearest local McDonald's franchise. Digital Asset Tokenization will open a $200 trillion window of opportunity in line with this. Next, imagine you had the ability to crowdfund residential mortgages along with 100s of other people in your local community (or anywhere in the world) to raise your neighborhood's comp value without ever involving a bank. Finally imagine if you could trade a piece of your million mile frequent flyer status at Delta for some equity ownership in your favorite soul food restaurant all without ever exchanging a single physical or digital U.S. Dollar?

Blockchain technology will allow almost anything people consider valuable to be digitally tokenized and traded for virtually anything else that has value anywhere in the world without middlemen, vast amounts of paperwork, and exorbitant fees. The internet and web browser 25 years ago allowed us to communicate freely with the world for the first time whenever and wherever we had an online signal. Blockchain technology starting this year and beyond is the next iteration of the digital revolution and will allow us to do business with anyone around the world without exchange rates, expensive 3rd party platforms, or government restrictions on a massive scale that is impossible today. Over 1/3 of the world is still unbanked and without access to modern financial instruments such as loans, mortgages, credit/debit cards etc which would help move them from the grips of poverty all over the world. Digital Asset Tokenization and Blockchain technology are the beginning solutions to bringing everyone in the world together on a business scale beyond merely saying hello. "

AM - How to Navigate Corporate America as a Minority
"This is a topic that every minority who has been in corporate America can relate to and is very necessary to push our attendees to success.  Many leave their companies after a short period of time because they don't feel like they fit into the corporate mold.  But I want to teach attendees that they don’t have to fit in; they can stand out and use their diversity as a strength and as motivation to be successful.

I want to break my workshop into several areas.
My background story (2 minutes)
Why it is important to make great connections early on in your career (5 minutes)
The importance of continuing education/certification (5 minutes)
5 ways to be successful as a young minority professional in corporate America (10 minutes)
How to use your “diverse” background as an asset (5 minutes)
Ways to self-assess and course correct your mistakes (3 minutes)"
